Trip with new friends

I never expected that Chennai would give me such a gem of friends. Since we all were to stay back in chennai for diwali vaccations so we decided for a trip. The first choice of everyone was to visit Tirupati but we did not get reservations for the darshan in tirupati. so finally we came to a decision of trip to Mysore-THE CITY OF PALACES. So finally we began our trip on friday evening and reached mysore early morning on saturday. We reached our hotel and after taking some rest we went to see the most famous mysore palace. 

After Visiting palace we moved forward to visit zoo. The zoo was not very large in size but species of animals there were large. We got to see some new species for the first time

After Zoo we again headed back to the palace in evening as the beauty of lighting of palace is superb at night. The palace was really looking amazing and the band of security guards were playing Patriotic songs infront of the palace. After the palace we went for a hindi movie BADHAI HO followed by dinner in McDonals'

Finally the day ended and we came back to hotel late night. the plan to next day was to visit the famous Chamunda Devi temple on Chamundeswari Hills. A uniue incident happened with us during the visit to temple.. we were earlier informed that to visit the temple we need to be in formals that casuals and jeans are not allowed in temple but when we reached there we were very surprised to see that only were there in proper formals. The structure of chamundi devi temple was very amazing and was very peaceful. After visiting temple we headed to St. Philomena's Cathedral. We stayed for some time in cathedral and then headed back to our hotel as we had our returning train on the same night

Finally it was a very memorable trip to mysore and acted as a refreshment from the boring routine of College and home. The trip also proved to be strenghtening the bond of our friendship. The Mysore trip resulted in a life long frienship and bond of us together. With the promise of again visiting to mysore with a trip of OOTY included we waved goodbye to mysore.

Chambal trip

This is a very good visiting place here 5 river meets and this meeting point is called 5 river Sangham here Yamuna,chambal, Sindhu,pahlaj and kvari river meet this is very good place for bath and visiting here 

we can see many number of temple and this area is very famous for bath and here many number of forts are here.

Me and my friends went there and we did alot of enjoy and I was the Awesome trip for us we also play volleyball and we did alot of fun there 

Trip to kodai

It was an great experience ' my first ride with my new bike along with friends to princess of hill ' just to have ride and to roam and to take lots of pictures in kodai for 3days  ' first went to guna cave,pillar rock ' the area was fully covered with fog , it was very chill and we had some cycling and boating in lake ' kodai is really a good place to take photo shoot📸 and to enjoy in very good climate🌨

Trip to Kerala

Hello friends, I am here to share my experience about my industrial visit. For iv we went to kerala (munnar, kochi, vayanad).All three places were beautiful. In kochi the boat house was very beautiful and we enjoyed a lot.Munnar is the hill station and inside the munnar we saw all the places through the jeep and the next place is Wayanad. It is one of the most beautiful and my favourite place. There are many place to visit in vayanad. One of the beautiful place is idakkal cave.It is in the top of the mountain and this cave is considered to be one of the oldest cave. After we reached that place we saw the wayanad  town from  the top of the mountain and it looks amazing. Kerala has many beautiful places but these places were close to my heart beacause i enjoyed and saw the places first time with my sweet friends and i dont know how many times i will get a chance visit those places. If i visit means the 1st thing i remember will be my beautiful friends and all memories with them.

Trip to kovalam

During the end of  my under graduation days,we friends were planning to have a trip that could add more to our memories...The appropriate place we could find was off to kovalam which is  a famous beach in kerala...At night we packed our bags and caught the train to kovalam from cochin...we reached there at morning and ran to the beach...We enjoyed playing in the beach till noon and had a lunch from one of the famous seafood restaurants at kovalam...Atfer which we visited the light house and various shops nearby...The time was getting late for us to reach the hostel,so we took the next train to cochin...we reached hostel at morning 5.00 am...got fresh and went to the college as a usual day.

Nelliyampathy Trip

Here i would like to share my experience of nalliyampathy trip.It was in August 2015 me and my friends planned a weekend trip to Nelliyampathy. We started Early morning from aluva, it’s about 9 hours of driving via aluva, thrissur and Nenmara. Had lunch from palakkadu and moved towards Neliyampathy hills, on the way visited Pothundi Dam. The Pothundy Dam is a picturesque locale with facilities for boating and is a nice option as a scenary place. As the Ghat road winds its way up to Nelliyampathy, at certain places there are viewpoints from where the vast stretches of Palakkad district are visible with its extensive paddy fields forming a verdant carpet. It also offers a splendid view of the Palakkad Gap, which is a geographical phenomenon in the Western Ghats 8formation in this region, bringing into view, parts of the adjoining State of Tamilnadu.

The height of the hills ranges from 467 m to 1572 m. To reach Nelliyampathy, one has to take the road starting from Nenmara that proceeds to the Pothundy Dam. There are about 10 hairpin bends that have to be negotiated on the way to Nelliyampathy. On the way up, we can see vast expanses of tea estates managed by different plantation companies.

Reached Nelliyapathy around 4PM, the road was full of mist and the forest and natural springs keep us energetic.  The hills of Nelliyampathy are also well known for its orange cultivation. Privately owned hotels and resorts are located at various points, as one goes up the hills of Nelliyampathy.

Room was booked at one of the home stays, In Nelliyamapthy lot of home stays and few resorts are available. After a small fresh up and tea, moved towards the Govt farm near Nelliayampathy town which is at walk able distance from our stay. Climate was excellent, full of mist everywhere and temperature about 18-20c.

After that visited the tea estates nearby, in Nelliyampathy you can see many Tea estates. By evening reached at room by the time food was ready & we closed the programs on day 1.



Day 2, we started with breakfast and headed towards green valley farm, visited farm house and Setharkundu view points., where one can have a fantastic valley view, and a 100 m high waterfall providing an added attraction.

Another location we visited is Kesavan Para near AVT estate.

One can trek or go by jeep to reach Mampara; another breathtaking vantage point at Nelliyampathy. Currenly some restrictions are there to visit Mampara. The area in and around Palagapandy estate has tea, cardamom and coffee plantations with adjoining hills allowing one to catch a glimpse of the wildlife in the form of Indian gaur, elephants, leopards, giant squirrel etc. and is also a paradise for birdwatchers.

By 12 noon we started return and reached back at aluva around 9PM, via Nenamra Alathur, angamali

Thirunelli Temple

Thirunelli Temple in Wayanad is among the premier shrines in the State. Situated at the base of the Brahmagiri Hills on the Karnataka border, it is about 30 km from the small village of Mananthavady.

Going with family is the best Travel I had ever experienced. Though I have lots of friends and I enjoy more with them....spending time with family😍 is one of the greatest happiness😊 I have felt. This trip is to Wayanad with my mom dad and brother was joyful trip. We started early morning by packing the tastiest food and healthiest food ever tasted prepared by my mom. Making it more healthier, she packed it in banana leaves which kept it fresh till afternoon. After visiting the temple, we left in the evening enjoying the breeze and reached home by night. That was one fine day of happiness.

Me,ATM & Two strangers

In general, every person used to say that as they love shopping, traveling, villages. I don't know why they love? I want to say my experiences with these.
          Coming to villages my friends always say that they love villages. When I saw in the movies this show The villages like a Paradise but when I went there the fields are full of mud which sticks to the foot, of course, it should be like that.
          And shopping it is one of the most difficult task Tome. I am not good at selecting my dresses so I take help of my mom. Now the game starts for buying one shirt she asked me to try 10 shirts.
         Not but not the least traveling .everyone says that they enjoyed a lot during traveling I don't think it is right. We get experience when we exposure to new places and we can meet many people when we are traveling alone. There is a misconception to many people that foreign people are not safe compared native people. When I went to Punjab for the first time without knowing the language and where I want to find the ATM. I searched for it and asked help to Punjabi guys who are going on the road. Then they took me to ATM without just simply saying the address and going. I went into ATM they are standing outside. I get scared that they are thieves with that fear I withdrawn only some money they went out then they ask me if there is money in ATM or shall we take to some other ATM. I said I have taken the money then they went. So here I shouldn't judge anyone one from their culture region and appearance.

Tada trecking with brothers💪🔥

It was an great adventurous , why because this was my first ever  trecking experience. First time comes only one time , so it is something special for me🤗

Pachamadhi, Madhyapradesh, India.
This place is situated in Madhyapradesh,right now I don't have pictures with me but I will upload it very soon.
This place is completely surrounded by forest and the Hills,  where you can go for tracking, there are total 3 waterfalls.
From Pachamadhi on the 20 km distance there is one place called as Dhupgadh where you can see the real fog the complete hills and forests are covered by the fog that much amount of fog is always there. Most of the time people visit this place in rainy season this place is generally know for the worship of load Shiva. The spciality of this place is there is no road way to visit all this place you have to go from hilly areas and forest,in all this journey you expriance lot of new things.
The real journey of this place stars from the Kajali Village the same village with 20 -30 houses in this village there are two big hills and the tracking on this both hills is very difficult. The first one is Nandigadh, and other one is Nishangadh.
In this village you can really goes closer to the nature I am sure if you visit this place you will definitely fell that you are very closer to the real beauty of nature.
This place is specially for the people who love to tracking and want to experienc Beauty of nature.
 I personally visited this place 6 time till the date, every time I went there I saw something new and exciting and experience new things.

Sree Poornathrayeesa Temple

Here i want to share something unique about my hometown with you all. Tripunithura is small city in Ernakulam district kerala.It is a  land of temples, has its center marked with the Poornathrayeesa Temple with its history dating almost 10 decades back. This is supposed to be the only temple in South India where one gets to view the ‘Poornatrayeesa’ form of lord Vishnu.

Virschikotsavam is the grand eight-day long festival celebrated in our  temple. It is set during the end of November, and this year it will be starting from 5th 2018, Wednesday onwards. i visit there in every year.The most striking part of this festival, or the highlight as we may put it, is the royal procession of 15 elephants, ‘The Ezhunnallippu,’ with the figurine of the deity held on top of the center elephant.

Yet another attraction is the “pancharimelam,” which is a traditional temple art form accompanying the procession, with instruments like Chenda, Kombu, Elathaalam etc.

Even though the procession is done every day, the fourth day, known as the triketta purapadu, is quite special. It was on this day, that we believe,  Vilwamangalam Swamiyar (considered to be a great saint in our history) made his visit. It is said that he found Lord Vishnu in the form of infant Krishna who was playing along with the elephants for the procession. On this day, offerings are made in a golden pot kept in front of the deity. This is believed to bring good luck to the people.

There is yet another story regarding the deity of Poornathayeesa here. It is said that the deity is afraid of firecrackers, which is why there are no ‘Vedi vazhipadu’ or crackers being used!

A Day @Kochi

19 May 2018 It was an surprising trip to exploring kochi after an engagement function at Thrissur. Me, my siblings along with aunt and uncle went to attend that function. Uncle suggested us to go kochi, because it was his birth place where his childhood was spent. It was really amazing to see that place,so many ancient buildings were there. First we went to visit a portugese church.The Church of Our Lady of Hope, also known as "Nossa Senhora Da Esperança" is a Roman catholic church in Cochin .it was found on 1605. It is located at the island of Vypeen - the point where the  Vembanad lake merges with the Arabian sea, with Fort cochin on the other side.' Uncle's baptism was held here. Near to that he showed us his Old home which was also a portugese building,it is cool to see its architecture. After that we went for a walk, there we saw Chinese fishing net which is an main attraction of kochi. Most of all localites catch fish using this. It is interesting to see the how they using that method for fishing. After that I drove car to a boat jetty were the ROW-ROW BOAT SERVICE available, we can get a ride through the lake to other side of cochin.
Anyone who is interested to see ancient buildings and their architecture, Chinese fishing nets and also experience the row-row boat service along with our vehicles can go to kochi. It is not enough for seeing whole kochi in a day. I am sure that you will be very satisfied after exploring kochi.

Hrishikesh Via Delhi

During my PG Diploma days in Kochi, I had managed to gain a bunch of good friends from my institute...

It was a part of our Pg Diploma curriculum to visit the University Of Petroleum Studies ,Dehradun to attend a training for 30 days. From the day we received the intimation from the university about the dates regarding the training, we had started the preparation.. nop not about the studies ...But the place we could visit there in Dehradun and around ..or on the way.

Planning went very well(unlike most of the times !!) and it was greatly put into action... we were able to get the tickets on time...and set for the training...err...The trip.!

We were 12 in number, and had set out to explore Delhi, Hrishikesh, Haridwar and finally drop down at Dehradun were our University was located.

Delhi :

Being a South Indian boy who hasn't been a frequent traveller, Delhi amazed me..
The fast life, food ,culture, people, skyscrapers....

The city was majestic in nature though very much polluted. Anyhow we managed to get a nice room for ourselves. Next day  we visited Connaught Place, Pallika Bazaar, Jantar Mantar. We had made most of our travel through Delhi Metro

Hrishikesh:

Peace ..Serene ...Calm Vibes
The ambience of Hrishikesh is awesome. We had reached there very early morning. Chilling cold froze our whole body. A gulp of hot tea re energized us. We were welcomed by the Royal Ganges ..We refreshed ourselves and had a bath on the ganges... then as the Daylight came in we set out to explore Hrishikesh.
We had already paid and set for a package which includes a 2 day camping river rafting and cliff jumping .
We were recieved by the tour opreator and taken to the camp site and had a great  time there.
River rafting and cliff jumping was the highlight it was a once in a lifetime experience for me....!!!!

With that we left Hrishikesh for Dehradun..

Munnar,The Destination for Nature Lovers

Hi friends,Am here to share my experience about visit at Munnar.Am a keralite from Ernakulam district. Munnar is about 100 km away from our city. I had visited that place about 8-10 times and it is one of the best sight seeing place in Kerala. When we hear munnar the first thing that comes to our minds are the tea plantations.The munnar hills is the one of the largest tea plantation after Assam.The munnar hills are offering the visitors a good atmosphere as well as cold climate.The munnar has several sites including top station, ecopoint,suicidepoint, pallivasal, mattupetty dam,Eravikulam national park etc.... The best time to visit munnar is between march and October.

Those who wish to visit munnar they can fligh down at Kochi International Airport,dropped down at Aluva railway station or Ernakulam Bus Terminal.

The un-forgettable location for me at Munnar is Top station and it is the most beautiful location that tourists prefer to see in munnar, and I hope this is the highest place at Munnar,around 2700 ft above the sea level.This area is the best location for sight seeing,trekking and for taking photographs. 

  There are lot of hotels and resorts in munnar to stay at an affordable rate.

I would suggest you to visit this place once in a lifetime and feel the nature of beauty.

Trip to kodaikanal

During my ug summer vacation me along with my friends had a trip to Kodaikanal. It is a city in the hills of the taluk division of the Dindigul district in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Its name in the Tamil language means "The Gift of the Forest". Kodaikanal is referred to as the "Princess of Hill stations".We left Malppuram, kerala on 9th April 2016 & reached next day early morning 6.30. And we checked in a resort and have our breakfast. after breakfast we started exploring the resort. After resort exploration, we went to the Coakers walk. Coakers walk is a very famous tourist destination in Kodaikanal. It is 500 metres from the bus-stand, constructed by Lt.Coaker in 1872. It is a 1-kilometre paved pedestrian path running along the edge of steep slopes on the southern side of Kodai. On a clear day one can view the deep valley and stunning panoramic view of the plains.

We completed the full 1 Km of walk (one way). Finally we settled ourselves on a bench placed on side of walkway from where one can enjoy the panoramic view of valley, plain and towns. Our next location was guna cave, Guna cave Named after Kamal Haasan movie Guna whose shooting was done here.lt is a very deep cave with dangerous slopes. Area around the cave is guarded with iron grills. You can get the view of cave from a distance only.our next location was pillars rock, Pillars rock A nice valley where two rocks are standing side-by-side and will give you a feeling of "Petronas Towers" of Malaysia. View of the valley is very nice from this place. It was a very cloudy day and after a wait of 15-20 mins we were able to see the Pillars rock, which was covered under clouds till then. Clouds were coming and going, giving a hide and seek view of pillars rock the next location is kodai lake, A big lake in between the Kodai town. Rowboats and pedalos can be hired at the Kodaikanal Boat Club, The Carlton. Horses and bicycles can be hired beside the lake for short periods.

After the koldai lake visit we returned to resort and travelled back to home. 

Trip to Golden Temple

Whenever I was seeing a person in a turban, it always attracted me towards Sikh culture, I was getting an insight of visiting the golden temple to know more about this culture.

When I was in Ludhiana on a weekend I planned to visit the gracious city Amritsar and explore the beauty of the golden temple. 
The Golden temple is a place where you can reach through various transportation facility.
Nearest Airport- Sri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport (11 kilometres far away from Golden Temple).
Nearest Railway Station- Amritsar Railway Station (2 kilometres far away from Golden Temple)

Now I am going to share some beautiful things about this temple.

• The only temple is not made of gold everything there you will feel as pure as gold, and the vibe of this place is also so charming which will make you forget whatever you left behind.
• At this temple, nobody will ask for a single rupee for any service, food, visit and knowledge given by Sikh guru. this place will make you feel so blissful.
